I started at 3am. Today was one of the most exciting, thrilling, exhilarating and terrifying birthdays I’ve ever had. I think of where I was last year and this year is so different. Every day I’m always amazed at the places I go and people I meet and things I have the opportunity to engage in but by far today traveling in a single engine propeller plane in multiple rainstorms topped many experiences up to this point in my life.
 I can’t believe the day I’ve had and the people I’ve met and the places I’ve seen so far. People help you along your journey, and I can do nothing but smile.

And in short… You are never alone even when you’re alone. I ate wonderful ceviche and had a good laugh and carried about my night. Now I’m sitting watching the slow rain sprinkle. There’s a lot of heat lightning here.
