Brussels sprouts are no longer your mothers vegetable. This sweet and spicy recipe combines all of the best flavors; sweetness of honey, smokiness of paprika, tang of garlic.
- 1/2 lb of Brussels sprouts
- Half bunch of sliced asparagus spears
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 425z Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until Brussels are evenly coated. Evenly spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20min until the edges are crispy.
